Maria Ignacia Berraondo, MD, is senior medical director for Labcorp Clinical Development Services, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She provides clinical and medical expertise to project teams and other Labcorp departments to advance clients’ drug development programs. Dr. Berraondo performs medical and safety monitoring on assigned projects; develops and reviews protocols, case report forms and other data and materials; and contributes to the scientific strategic leadership of the Oncology area at Labcorp. Dr. Berraondo has more than 10 years of experience in hematology and as a medical advisor and physician, with six years in clinical research, including as a director in clinical research and development. Before joining Labcorp, she served as medical director at IQVIA in Buenos Aires. Dr. Berraondo joined Labcorp in July 2020
