Immunogenicity testing (cut-point determination)
To determine the cut point of a substance, or the level at which a substance is considered reactive for anti-drug antibodies (ADAs), you can receive a variety of screening and confirmatory tests in drug-naive populations. This component of immunogenicity assessments uses real-world trials and statistical approaches to determining the level at which ADAs activate in test populations.
